The Deserts of Traun Version 3 is in production. It was a difficult process to get the project to take shape, as final parts, 'life' and compositional assets had to be attained from monster infested role playing game dungeons.The plan is to combine about an hour of new music with the music of Lilac Moon, and Tholus yielding a finished conceptual piece. Multi-genre mayhem may once again make this the ultimate unmarketable project - but for those who fancy this art - i hope to make this a balanced evocative musical adventure. 2 CD's probably - with special guests planned.

I am a big fan of "Part III", but in fact I do not quite understand the project "Version III".
What happens to a "Part I" or "Part II"?
You have my support for the continuation of this musical adventure, which I regard as an important contemporary work.

instead of releasing part 1 and part 2 i am ditching the entire trilogy scheme as was defined by my release of part 3 the lilac moon.
all that needs to be known for the future release is that all of the music in lilac moon plus about an hour of new music will be mixed together to make one complete conceptual album. probably 2 cd's of music. thanks for your comment.
This is something I am waiting for with more than a modicum of excitement. Any idea when there might be a release?
